Philosophy

“My understanding of health and fitness is grounded in my professional sporting background. Experience has taught me how important it is to keep your body physically active and your mind mentally strong.

The body consists of a series of interconnected muscle chains; every movement performed has an effect on the entire body. The training tools and movements that I use maximize effectiveness by considering the body as a whole, in every plane of motion, whilst always keeping workouts fresh and fun!”

Using his experience as a professional rugby player, Karl has developed an exceptional blend of work ethic and team skills, which are essential for his work as a Personal Trainer. He has become very well known as a Trainerwho always gets results irrespective of his clients’ goals.

Karl has a strong interest in functional sport specific training and is also very successful in helping people to achieve muscle gain, body tone and weight loss & management by adapting workouts to suit targets and fit in with clients’ lifestyles. He is committed to his clients’ goals as if they are his own and takes responsibility beyond the sessions in the gym, always ensuring that his clients are staying on the right path.

Karl has been able to utilize his sports science knowledge and professional rugby background to create and implement sport specific rehabilitation and improvement programmes for his clients which incorporate fitness testing, nutrition advice and sport profiling. Karl’s knowledge of pre and post-natal exercise has been invaluable to some of his clients, helping them to maintain their fitness levels during and post- pregnancy. Karl has also helped clients achieve a variety of goals from weight loss and toning for a wedding to completing the challenging ‘Tough Mudder’ in a competitive time.

Philosophy

“I believe that knowledge is power in all aspects of life, so learning and applying good exercise and nutrition habits is key. Understanding what your body needs, not just to survive, but to really be the best and strongest it can be. Everyone can be amazed by their own abilities and what can be achieved with commitment and support. Try to learn something new everyday, never compare yourself to others…they will never have what you have! It is my mission to guide my clients into looking and feeling the way they deserve.”

Georgia has always been surrounded by health and nutrition through a Mother who is a practicing nutrition expert. This exposure from an early age helped to create Georgia’s passion for understanding the benefits of good nutrition. Her love for fitness was born out of a mix of hobbies during school and college, including Tennis, Dance and Netball. Georgia found seeing results in her performance, through training programmes and nutrition, addictive and highly satisfying and this lead her into Personal Training as a career.

Georgia understands that personal attitude is a key aspect to seeing results. She encourages her clients by showing how effort and determination in their Personal Training sessions will have real, quantifiable and sustainable results on their health and fitness targets and beyond.

Whilst training clients Georgia focuses on correct technique and encourages them to listen to their bodies, providing appropriate guidance in response to client feedback. Philosophy

“I believe that exercise is a necessity for all and not an option. We all need to keep our bodies moving in order for them to function properly. The choice of exercise is up to you but you must keep active as much as you can, regardless of your age or the physical condition that you are in. Keep it fun, varied and endeavor to understand what works best for your body. That’s where I come in!”

Over the past 15 years Jamie has helped people lose weight, maintain fitness and health during pregnancy, get into great shape for a wedding, special event or a summer/winter holiday and rehabilitate an injury.

He has been the strength and conditioning coach for Ealing Rugby Club and trained professional tennis players and football referees. He has developed a successful Golf Fitness Programme as well as a Posture Correction and Alignment Course.

In order to better understand exercise motivation Jamie recently completed a psychology degree through the Open University. This allowed him to explore the drive behind committing to and maintaining a fitness programme. He undertook an in-depth study focusing on the journey through weight loss, concentrating on barriers and breakthrough moments, as well as recurring themes of motivation and incentives.

Jamie’s thirst for knowledge and understanding of the human body, combined with the empathy he has for his clients’ needs enable him to achieve consistently effective results, which his clients describe as ‘remarkable’ and ‘life-changing’. Jamie empowers his clients to accomplish their goals and to realise positive, long-term changes beyond what they thought possible.
